We have, by design, a small number of partners.
We work alongside founders and families we have often known for many years before any contract was written.
We are most useful where our role is more than capital, where the attention of a private office, kept patient and quiet, allows a founder or family to think clearly about a longer horizon.
We seek partners whose temperament matches ours: people who would rather create something well than speak loudly about creating it, and who measure themselves by what remains after them rather than by what is signalled today.

We do not seek small positions in many things. We prefer meaningful positions in a carefully chosen few.
